I seriously love the local HOA (which I am not a member of). My house was built in the 60's when the road I live on was a rural road. In the last 20 years, sub developements have risen up behind me (butted up to my back fence). I've received some nasty grams from them. They really did not like my amateur radio antenna's. But alas, I'm not in their sub developement, not eligible to be a member, and exempt from their rules.So I gave them the famous 1 finger salute, and told them to FOAD.?

The UK has no regulation on unlocking - networks can choose to unlock or not.o2 and Vodafone have a reputation for providing unlocked phones on contract anyway, and all networks are usually happy to give you a unlock code. This is only o2 doing what should have been done years ago - nothing special.
