“You all seem to have missed one obvious fact. M$ are behind WinMo and therefore will always be the phone of choice when large companies roll out phones to theor workforce. For home users and personal use the iPhone is great and I am sure Android is as well, but they are never going to be mainstream business phones. Criticizing WinMo is a bit like criticizing Windows. It is easy but fairly pointless considering whose behind it and its target audience.

While I do wish we as a species would do at least do some things for altruistic reasons, the sad fact of the matter is that the vast majority of our technological advancements are directly related to our need/desire to kill things including each other..

I don't know about Ireland but in the US you need building permits, zoning changes, and the deed for the land if you build anything including a parking lot. I'd be suing the town and the employees personally who approved this parking lot since they apparently skipping all fact finding. Also since the construction employees stayed in the house the company was AWARE there was a house and owner there so they just didn't accidentally go over their property line so this sounds like grand theft or whatever the equivalent in Ireland and that should be an offense that includes fines and incarceration for the owner of the construction company or manager in charge of this project. This doesn't include the obvious arson and cover up of that crime that ensued. There is so much wrong with this ruling it isn't funny.?
