The bottom line is that health care is NOT a right guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. That it isn't outright forbidden and given the inclusion of the 10th Amendment means that IT IS A STATES' RIGHTS ISSUE. If people want the government to regulate the health care industry and/or the insurance industry, it must be done at the state level, no higher.Doing this at the federal level is stupid also because one size does NOT fit all in this country. Let the states do things their own way..

I can see how training in random locations would be the best method. I take my dog for walks on the same route every day and he knows exactly when to turn and where we are going, as a result he often start leading. If I went a random way every single time, he would be forced to listen to me and follow... hence why those officers train in random locations. Also because that's how the dog will ultimately be deployed.?
note to self: never keep credit cards in the kitchen.

Not only does it matter if you have it -- it's even a problem if other homes in your neighborhood have it. Construction crews tend to mix and match drywall from different suppliers when they build houses -- it's all based on what's available at the moment. One of the homes in our old neighborhood had drywall from seven different countries (including China). If you try to sell your home in that neighborhood, how will you assure a buyer that your home doesn't have Chinese drywall? Did you tear into every wall to check? You might have Chinese drywall in one room... or maybe the entire house, or there might be none at all. How can you be sure, especially since the house down the street definitely *does* have it, and it was built the same time as yours was?People aren't just afraid of the Chinese drywall. They're also afraid of the *risk* they may be buying a home with it.
