"They actually walked, talked and were taught by Jesus."LOL, Source?"Not to mention four separate lengthy early writings which all testify of the life of Jesus in detail."None of which are from the time your historical jesus was claimed to live in, and all of which contradict and plagiarize each other."It is illogical to say that someone could have such a primary, dramatic effect on so many people so quickly never, ever existed."You're not very familiar with how logic works or how to use it, are you? This might help: http://www.logicalfallacies.info/"to say that because you disagree with WHO he is"How can I disagree with "WHO he is" when I reject the claim that he ever "was" to begin with?"and claim its because of lack of documented evidence is dishonest and irrational."Yeah, well, it makes a hell of a lot more sense to evaluate a claim based on evidence (which is what i am doing) than to blindly accept a claim based on what a person wants to believe or what a person is comfortable believing while ignoring the lack of evidence (your position)or evidence to the contrary (had you ever actually compared the gospels, you would understand). You can continue being dishonest with yourself for your entire life without a peep of protest from anyone, but when you bring that dishonesty into public discourse, be prepared to be shot down..
I wished he had just linked to the point of interest in the song, it is too painful to sit through the whole of each of these rap songs.!

I'm never one to make the "these comments suck" comment but honestly after looking through these I don't know what to think. And they're getting dugg up. Maybe this is all a big joke I don't know.

Don't know how it's implemented in reality, but I'm guessing it records the diffraction pattern from the blood cells (the hologram) and then guesses the image on the slide by using something similar to a phase retrieval algorithm (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phase_retrieval). It's similar to calculating the widths of the double slit experiment knowing only the diffraction pattern. Not hard but takes a lot of computation power. We use it all the time in our adaptive optics setup. It's cleaver because he uses cell phone imager that is not really suited for something like this.

You are 100% wrong. As an Indian (although I'm agnostic), many of my Indian friends ARE religious and like symbols to remind them of their heritage. This can be as simple as wearing a "blessed" string on your arm, or a nose piercing, or a bindi (a dot on a women's forehead) - but it is a symbol of something else. It's just like a Yamaka, or a chain with a cross. To say it's BS is just ignorant.Personally, I don't like any organized religion but I'm tolerant of other people's beliefs. Just because you didn't grow up with this culture doesn't mean it's *****.

virus' on Linux? Yes of course I agree you're still prone but c'mon your odds of getting a virus on Linux is less than your odds of getting a virus on a Mac (almost identical OS builds now) |
