@plastikfracture, you honesty think that Apple will let major retailers use Ultrasn0w to unlock iPhones for customers?You think that the development team at Apple will let that happen and not provide their own official unlock tool?I wonder how long till the official unlock software leaks on torrent sites and the like.

Seems you and newchap are just taking the contrarian viewpoint to sound all elitist over what is good and not good (without ever offering an alternative). For radio friendly rock this is pretty damn awesome and I'm glad they decided to put out an album. Album of the year? We'll see... Haven't heard it all but I doubt it can top Crack the Skye. Wish Homme would go back to some Kyuss style stuff though....

Also the guy has issues with his sight, he is responsible for a huge amount of data across his desk daily. We have to allow reasonable humans to make reasonable mistakes. Would I vote for him, no way! However that does not stop him being a decent guy who knows he is responsible for sending men in to harms way, and does the honourable thing when someone dies, who is executing his government's policy.Way blown out of proportion. PS I understand the mum's pain, but the media could have had a little cop on!

My wife went to Roswell Park (near Buffalo) for cancer treatment that was not available in Canada (Interleukin 2). This was covered 100% by the Ontario government. Without health care, the bill would have bankrupted my family (in excess of $300,000), and I still would have had no wife (as she passed away). With universal health care, I used her life insurance to buy a condo and put some money away for our three children. It's hard enough now to deal with the loss of my wife, even though it's been 3 years since her passing. I'd hate to have to deal with bankruptcy at the same time. |
